I was off to such a good start last week! Then, well, life happened. Just to catch you up on the last 4 days...

Day 5: Sunday... slept in... body tired from 4 days in a row at the gym... spent the day with my husband, no workout

Day 6: Monday... had planned to go to an 8:30am cycle class... woke up late & missed it... then was too into my editing to go later in the day

Monday's workout:

Elliptical - 25 minutes

Day 7: Tuesday... haircut, trip to Costco, grocery shopping, Target, Post Office, came home (finally!) and worked the rest of the night 

Day 8: Wednesday... decided it was too late to go at 7pm... made vow to self to go first thing tomorrow morning!
